We did regular part cleand up everytime before saving the UG model file or UG DWG file. Doing this minmised the frequency of the errors we were getting. Issue is Closed upto some extent.

We are using Unigraphics NX5.0.3.2. Can any one provide me the answer of why this errors are occuring. No good third party manuals. Going to a one week training is nice EXCEPT my 77 year old memory is not working very well and need freqment refreshing ! Should have printed manual.
